Very large Bedroom with French Style queen bed. Contains floor to ceiling wardrobes, shelves and a large comfy chair​

Generally decked out for little princess's. We generally have children's books on the shelves. We keep these in a container in the cupboard should adults only stay their.

Very comfortable and Luxurious accomodation to suit all types of individuals and families. Every room in the house has a view. The top rooms have exhilirating views of the beach. Wake up to the sound of crashing waves and the smell of fresh bread and coffee every mornign while you stay.

ACCOMMODATION

Bedroom 2

 

Large upstairs bedroom with a modern bad with a bookshelf.

Literally million dollar views of all the beach. Large wardrobe one smaller one and a small chair to sit on. Views of Wellington Mountain at the rear.

Bedroom 3

 

Downstairs with view of the beach from the window. has wall to ceiling wardrobes for all your belongings and a large comfy chair as well. A set of shelves with boys toys on it for decoration. Feel free to play with them just try to return them before you leave.

Bedroom 4

 

The top louneroom doubles as a bed room and a children's loungeroom. Their is a Wii so bring their games (some supplied). Another flat screen TV here and the ultimate room with a view. Small glass table and chair avaliable should you require to do some work. Wifi and telephone line available here should you need to make a fax as well.



Room has both shelves and drawers. Should you need some hanging space their is some in the wardrobe at the end of the stairs. 



Ultimate room with a view. Has window at the front to view the beach. At the sides up to the cliffs and behind to Mt Wellington

Loungeroom

 

Nicely furnished lounerrom with an electric recliner giving you a" gold class" feel. Large 55" LED can also play your music on here and is attached to the inetrent. Wood stove for those cold days. Fire is always set.

The House

 

The home is stunningly located in the middle of the bechfront. Restaurants are a short stroll away. Shops and other amenities are a short drive away. It is only 8 minutes by highway to the center of Hobart so getting anywhere fast is easy. 



The property is superbly fitted. All windows have blinds. The doors are one way only so you can have ultimate privacy. Log fire and heat pump to keep you cool or warm all year around.
